About Group Audience Insights

The Group Audience Insights team is responsible for delivering a world-class audience insights capability, to generate actionable insights that drive growth for Nine’s subscriptions and ad supported products and experiences. The team supports a wide range of internal teams including (but not limited to); Digital Product, Editorial, Marketing and Programming.

Job Description
As Survey Operations Executive you will play a critical role executing the internal survey operations activities to power the audience research programs of work across the Nine Group. These research programs deliver audience insights to support decision making and identify the value of Nine’s audiences.

As our Qualtrics champion, you will be focused on our digital audience and panellists’ survey experiences, and as such will have a passion for efficiency, process, organisation and an unwavering eye for detail.

From day one, you will be responsible for;

Managing our Qualtrics platform;

Scripting and survey deployment;

Ongoing panel engagement & maintenance;

QC processes and data processing;

Basic project management and team admin (prize draws, incentives, qual recruitment) across our varied research projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

Demonstrated expertise and minimum 2 years experience in the technical and support functions of consumer research – survey programming, database management, survey distribution, management of data collection and data processing

Expertise using software such as SPSS or Q

High level of expertise working in the Qualtrics platform or similar survey platform such as ConfirmIt

Strong project management skills, analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail

Proficient PC skills especially MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good organisational skills, project and time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to team work and servicing a number of stakeholders and team members across various functions

Passionate about contributing and collaborating within a high performing team to deliver the best outcome for the team, stakeholders and the Nine business
